• It's important to note that final sale items are non-refundable. These items are not eligible for a refund, and if they are returned to us, you will be charged restocking fees, as well as any shipping charges, bank fees, and service charges that we incur. This policy also applies to home delivery, so please ensure that you are of legal age and able to provide valid identification when receiving your package.

• At our store, we take age verification seriously. To ensure that our customers are of legal age, every package we ship comes with Canada Post's Age Verification service. This means that before Canada Post can deliver your package, you must provide proof that you are 19 years of age or older. In the event that Canada Post is unable to verify your age, they will return the package to us.

• Save the environment: We provide slower shipping for an additional cost. If you can wait an additional few days, for just a few extra dollars we can help reduce our carbon footprint on the planet together. 

• We ship from 2 Main St S, Grand Valley, ON L9W 5V4. In the area? We also provide local pickup. When you check out, check off the option to pick up the order in store and we will have your order ready to go.
